Overview

This policy explains how the mobile game Tall Grass handles information. Tall Grass does not require a Dragon Pixel Studio account. Game progress is stored locally on your device. Advertising, consent, and platform game services may vary by operating system and region.

Information stored on your device

Tall Grass stores game data locally, including language and audio settings, tutorial status, progress, best scores, achievements, almanac entries, daily-run state, and related gameplay preferences. Dragon Pixel Studio does not receive this local save data. It remains until you clear the app's data or uninstall the app, subject to Android or iOS backup and restore settings.

Advertising and optional rewards

Tall Grass uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK only for optional rewarded ads. A rewarded ad is offered when you choose to revive or take both boons; the in-game benefit is granted only after the ad reports that its reward was earned. You may continue playing without choosing a rewarded ad. Tall Grass does not show forced interstitial or banner ads during play.

Depending on your region, device, and consent choices, Google and participating advertising partners may collect or receive:

• IP address, which may be used to estimate approximate location;
• device or other identifiers, including advertising identifiers where available and permitted;
• app and ad interactions, such as ad views and taps; and
• diagnostic and performance information used for analytics, security, fraud prevention, and service operation.

Google's SDK transmits this information using encryption in transit. Where required, Tall Grass displays Google's consent form before requesting ads and provides an in-app privacy-choices control. On iOS, access to Apple's advertising identifier is also subject to the device's tracking-permission setting. See Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information for advertising.

Google Play Games Services on Android

On supported Android devices, Tall Grass uses Google Play Games Services for optional platform sign-in, a high-score leaderboard, and achievements. Google may process your Play Games player identifier and public gamer profile, device identifiers, scores, achievement status, related game activity, and service diagnostics to provide and protect those features. What other players can see depends on your Google Play Games profile and privacy settings. Dragon Pixel Studio does not receive your Google account password or directly receive your account email address through this integration.

You can manage the Play Games profile used for Tall Grass in Android and Google Play Games settings. Google's processing is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

App stores and platform services

Google Play and the Apple App Store may independently process information related to downloading, installing, updating, securing, or diagnosing Tall Grass. That processing is governed by your platform provider's terms, privacy policy, and account settings. Tall Grass does not currently integrate Apple Game Center.

Information we do not directly collect

Dragon Pixel Studio does not directly collect your name, email address, contacts, messages, photos, files, precise location, health information, financial information, or payment information. Google and Apple may process the limited device, advertising, account, and game-service information described above. Tall Grass has no in-app purchases, chat, user-generated content, or Dragon Pixel Studio account system.

Sharing, sale, and retention

Dragon Pixel Studio does not sell personal information. Information used by Google Mobile Ads, advertising partners shown in the consent interface, Google Play Games Services, and the applicable app store is handled by those providers to deliver their services, subject to their terms, retention practices, and your settings. Local game data is retained on your device as described above.

Children

Tall Grass is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Your choices and deletion

• Use the in-app Privacy Choices control when available to review advertising consent choices.
• Manage or reset advertising identifiers and, on iOS, review tracking permission in device settings.
• Manage your Google Play Games profile, activity, and visibility in Google's settings.
• Clear Tall Grass storage or uninstall the app to remove locally stored game data.

Because Tall Grass has no Dragon Pixel Studio account or developer-operated player database, there is no server-side Tall Grass account data for us to delete. For questions, use the contact address below.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the limited information handled by the app. Google and Apple may process information on servers outside your country. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when Tall Grass features, service providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are published.
